Happy Harvest!
I know it's been too long since I have posted. Since school started, we have found that it's impossible to get done everything we want/need to. It's hard to be a perfect housewife, student, employee, and well-rounded being all in one! If you couldn't tell, I am a pretty bad family fun documenter (I know that's not a real word). For the first 5 months of our marriage, I either forgot to bring my camera anywhere, or forgot to replace the batteries. However, I did manage to remember a fully charged camera in our Halloween celebrations. Last week Lon and I had fun being in charge of our ward Halloween party. We had a great committee to help make it a successful activity.Lon and I were Peter Pan and Wendy for Halloween. We created our costumes with clothes from D.I. And yes, I am wearing a little girl's nightgown.

This fall, I have been baking up a storm. Which may or may not be a good thing, because Lon eats one or two servings and I eat the rest. Poor Lon. Last Sunday I made pumpkin cookies. Yummy! Sadly, I finished off the last two yesterday. Lon and I also made these cookies, we like to call "Little Ghosties". I think they are really called Chocolate Turtle Cookies. They are made in a waffle iron! The icing is a cream cheese frosting. They are super easy to make and soooo tasty!
